We have had Steve and Matt Loftus of Heartland Contracting do three different renovations on our home in the last two years. They have renovated the kitchen, deck, and master bathroom. They do top quality professional construction and always demonstrate the highest level of experience, creativity, innovation and knowledge. Any unforeseen problem that emerged in our renovations was approached in a calm, unflappable, reassuring manner and readily solved.

They are easy to work with and provided us with very practical and professional advice in the planning stages of our projects. They work well with an interior designer and equally well without the assistance of one. They are extremely considerate and informative and called or met with us daily to tell us who was coming to the house the next day and update us on the work to be done that day and the ensuing days.

They are impeccably reliable. The work proceeded in a timely manner and was usually timed to provide the least amount of disruption to our lives, particularly the kitchen renovation. Their construction crew is multi-talented and extremely skilled. They were most pleasant to have around and fastidious in cleaning up the work site. Heartland Contracting sub-contractors such as plumbers and electricians had worked with Steve for years and were extremely competent.
