Visualizing Plans - Let’s look at the steps, in chronological order, involved in creating a home.

Heartland Contracting understands that the process of building or improving a home can be both intimidating and intrusive and respect the fact that most clients only experience once or twice in a lifetime. As full-service building contractors, we can handle everything for home and business.  Building from the ground up to complete renovations, to single room transformations...we can help you transform your home.

Whether building new or renovating an existing structure, creating a new home is a journey of discovering who you are, what you want, how you want to live and where you want to be. It’s a chance for you to define your relationship to the world, to your family and to yourself. Creating a home is more than building “3 bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms.” It is so much more than the sum of a few parts.

We want you to be an active participant in the design process. While it’s true that the actual work of design is the architect’s responsibility, it is your responsibility to be upfront about your budget and expectations and to give candid feedback.
