Heartland Contracting has done several projects for us over the past 10 years or more. Steve and Matt Loftus are a father/son owned business, they are reliable, honest, trustworthy and professional. Matt is a "perfectionist" who prides himself in the finishing and detail and he specializes in trim work.

"Team Loftus" has worked on the following projects at 2 different homes we have owned. Replacing rotten wood, windows and painting at our home in Laurel Springs, Suwanee.

And at our Lake Lanier home a remodel of kitchen cabinets, installation of appliances and kitchen granite, including all plumbing and electrical work. A complete remodel of a master bathroom in travertine including a huge shower, flooring, with detailed tile work, they did such a great job we then had them remodel 3 other bathrooms with retile, new cabinets, granite, mirrors and shower door install, and installation of a steam shower.

Matt and Steve also came to our rescue for an emergency call out after a frozen pipe damaged sheet rock and siding and flooded a basement office space.
